Hello!
It’s been a week since I started writing for National Novel Writing Month, and I have to say I like it! It helps to motivate, I’ve met like-minded authors who I would’ve never met otherwise. The community of NaNoWriMo is amazing, and I’ve finally seen why others are so excited to participate every year. Whether you’re a plotter or pantser, there are resources and support to help you succeed.
As for my progress–so far I’ve written over 12k words in a week! That’s so much better than I normally do, and I’m extremely pleased! The Shadow and the Forgotten Isles is coming along nicely. I’ve also been working on the cover, which I’m also pleased with.
Despite all the chaos going on right now, life is pretty good. I hope your families are well and you are enjoying life as much as possible.
