Hello, Lovelies!
I’ve been working hard at recreating the covers for Elemental Enmity, and I’m happy to say, I’m nearly ready to share them with you. From time-to-time, we writers have to look at the market and see how our books stack up. From covers to book descriptions, trends change, and so do what readers expect to see when they’re looking for their next great book.
This is why I’m changing my covers and reworking some of my descriptions. I’m so excited to share the new covers with you, and I hope you are, too.
In other news, I’m working on a new series called Cursed Kingdom. The first title in the series is The Shadow and the Blade. It’s a whopper of a story, and I’m still in the process of writing it. Most of my books to date have been around 100 thousand words, give or take a few. This one has already surpassed 100K, and I’m thinking it will be in the range of 130-150K. So, probably around a 500-page novel.
I’m eager to share this world with you, so come back soon or sign up for my newsletter if you want updates on as regular of a basis as I’m able. I work a full-time gig outside of my publishing pursuits, which makes writing and editing and cover art all the more thrilling for me. It just means I don’t have as much time to give to my art as if I were a full-time writer.
